Hanon Systems offers a family of eCompressors that accommodate various displacements, voltages and performance ranges. The modular design for 33cc and 45cc enables full-range manufacturing on a single line to cut costs and accelerate production while supporting voltage applications up to 800V. The high-performance, high-durability 45cc eCompressor offers high speed operation to support system approaches like vapor injection or hot gas bypass systems.

R744 eCompressor
Features a durable scroll design controlled by an integrated electric motor and sophisticated electronic inverter, providing efficient cooling for conventional, heat pump and multi-loop cooling systems.
To accommodate the R744 system’s unique requirements, this eCompressor features minimized component clearances, an improved casting process producing low porosity and high strength, a backpressure control valve for scroll stability, and a modular inverter with a single ePin interface.

Rotary Suction Compressor

Vapor Injection eCompressor
The optimized vapor injection (VI) compressor allows two-stage compression within a single compressor. Optional liquid gas separator (LGS) or economizer and electronic expansion valves (EXVs) are modularized for efficient options. Improves driving range and battery cooling capability by providing a higher coefficient of performance (COP).
