Electronic Water Pumps
Hanon Systems is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of high-efficiency coolant pumps that operate on-demand, minimizing energy consumption and in some cases, reducing the number of pumps required in a thermal system. These pumps are an integral part of vehicle thermal management systems that regulate the temperatures of batteries, DC/DC converters, and power electronics. They also help to lower fuel consumption, friction losses and emissions. Developed end-to-end in house, they can readily integrate into coolant control modules and are compatible with conventional as well as newer low-conductivity and dielectric coolants.

Electronic Oil Pumps
A versatile, scalable platform built on Hanon Systems’ advanced BLDC technology, that seamlessly integrates with EV, full and mild hybrid, and stop/start systems. Its compact, efficient design supports applications ranging from low-pressure cooling to high-performance clutch actuation. Features such as multi-pump configurations, temperature sensing, control valves, filters, and screens can be tailored to meet specific vehicle or system requirements.

Electronic Refrigerant Valves
Cartridge-style valves that support easy integration, with advanced sealing technology to prevent leaks and on-board diagnostic (OBD) functionality. The needle-type design combines expansion and shut-off functionality in a single component, while the ball-type design offers bi-directional full flow and minimal pressure drop in both directions.
Vehicle Platform: EV, Hybrid, ICE
Refrigerants: R134a, R1234yf, R290, R744

Electronic Coolant Valves
These energy-efficient, modular multi-port valves use energy only when changing positions. Their innovative cylinder design delivers discrete coolant control, supports multiple port configurations and flow control strategies, and can be extended for more complex control solutions - reducing actuator needs to further save energy. Can operate standalone or within a coolant control module.

Accumulator
With a built-in muffler to reduce compressor noise, a desiccant bag to minimize humidity, and the option of a tracer wafer to detect leaks, the accumulator offers proven protection and performance. Its increased refrigerant storage capacity allows for a smaller, lighter and more cost-effective design.

Metal Seal Fitting
Patented fluid transport fittings that prevent refrigerant leaks with a metal-to-metal primary seal and rubber secondary seal, delivering zero detectable leakage and greater durability than elastomer O-ring seals. Available in aluminum or stainless steel, these fittings can be used across all system components. Won the prestigious Automotive News PACE Award in 2013 for superior innovation in the product category.

Refrigerants: R290, R744, R1234yf -
Visconnect
Using the same concept of a metal seal fitting, the Visconnect is designed to handle the higher operating conditions of R744 (CO2) A/C systems. Offered in single (male/female) and double (fork/pilot) concepts, along with fittings.
Vehicle Platform: EV, Hybrid, ICE
Refrigerants: R744, R1234yf
An expert in handling various automotive refrigerants including R744 and R290, Hanon Systems is a global leader in fluid transport solutions. The company offers a complete portfolio including refrigerant lines, coolant lines, accumulators, internal heat exchangers (IHX), and the associated metal seal fittings.
