Hanon Systems Hosts 2026 Global Business Strategy Innovation Conference to Advance “Win Now, Lead 2030” Vision
- Target set for KRW 14.7 trillion in revenue and a 9% operating profit margin by 2030

Seoul, South Korea, May 26, 2026 – Hanon Systems (KS:018880), a leading global automotive thermal management supplier and subsidiary of Hankook & Company Group, recently hosted the 2026 Global Business Strategy Innovation Conference at the Hankook Tire Technodome in Daejeon, bringing together global leaders from its headquarters and Regional Business Groups (RBGs).
This conference marked a significant milestone as the company unveiled its 2030 mid- to long-term vision and growth strategy. The event served as a strategic platform to align on global priorities and define the key initiatives required to achieve these targets.
Under the concept of “Win Now, Lead 2030”, the strategy reflects the company’s commitment to deliver consistent, competitive performance each year, positioning the company for global leadership by 2030.
The company plans to achieve KRW 14.7 trillion in revenue, while maintaining a 9% operating profit margin by 2030. To build a sustainable growth foundation, the company plans to reinforce its core competitiveness in automotive thermal management while expanding into the automotive aftermarket and other new business areas. Three strategic pillars will guide this effort: Product Leadership, Cost Competitiveness, and Business Expansion.
Hanon Systems will continue to enhance its differentiation through world-class, next-generation technologies while securing cost competitiveness through company-wide innovation initiatives. The company also aims to increase its global market share from approximately 13% to 15% by 2030.
In addition, the company will further enhance software capabilities to address the Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) era, alongside next-generation thermal management technology development.
Vice Chairman and CEO of Hanon Systems, Soo Il Lee, said during the conference that a strong foundation for financial improvement had been established through intensive innovation initiatives. He highlighted the need for continuous innovation and structural improvements, noting that transformation efforts to transform must continue to strengthen global competitiveness.
